Muneer Nakhooda
I’m Muneer Nakhooda, a psychologist, coach, and unshakable optimist who believes that even life’s
toughest transitions hold the possibility for growth. My work is built on a unique blend of
psychological science, neuroscience-backed techniques, and a deep understanding of human
resilience.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across three continents, supporting professionals,
expats, and individuals as they navigate major shifts in their personal and professional lives. Whether
it’s managing stress, healing from past experiences, or adapting to new environments, my goal is to
help you move forward—not just with coping strategies, but with a renewed sense of clarity and
direction.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and have continued to expand my expertise in
neuroscience, religion, and meaningful living—exploring innovative ways to integrate science,
strategy, and human connection into my work. My experience spans mental health, corporate
consulting, and global transitions, allowing me to approach challenges with both a clinical and realworld perspective.
